ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the sales department with day-to-day operations and client interactions. You’ll be responsible for administrative duties, supporting the quotation process, managing diaries, and helping to fuel our sales pipeline. This position is essential for maintaining strong client relationships and contributing to the company’s overall success and growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Carry out a range of administrative tasks set by the Sales Director
  • Provide support to the sales team in preparing and issuing sales quotations
  • Assist with lead generation and maintaining our CRM system
  • Set appointments and coordinate meetings for the sales team
  • Support the management of diaries and ensure key events and deadlines are organised
  • Contribute to the implementation of the new sales strategy
  • Play a part in driving revenue and supporting overall business growth
