We are searching for an organized Entry-level Sales Administrator that is in the early stages of their sales career and eager to learn. The person in this role would have a front row seat to our sales process through supporting our Chief Business Officer (CBO) in day-to-day sales operations. The ideal candidate for this role will have the ability to create connections with clients, coordinate calendars, and create and manage sensitive documentation - you will actively contribute to the sales process! Responsibilities Work closely with the CBO to support day-to-day sales operations Help facilitate the sales process by interacting with potential clients, coordinating meetings and events, and building relationships Ensure follow through on client-related tasks and next steps Participate in client meetings and take notes during important meetings Manage internal company documentation involved in the sales process such as proposals, quotes, and contracts Coordinate meetings with internal teams Assist in preparing weekly sales email updates Requirements Prior experience in a tech sales role is a bonus Ability to interface with high level executives from Fortune 500 companies Must be highly organized, attentive to detail, and dependable Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and grow Advantages null Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision 401K & 401K Match PTO & Sick Days 11 Paid Holidays
