Responsibilities

To support the sales team with administration duties to enable the smooth introduction of customer orders into the production facilities.
This will be achieved by working together, in the best interests of the company, with all other members of the company.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and process all customer, new business and subcon orders on M3
  • Ensure wire requirements and priorities are communicated to the Procurement Officer
  • Create and distribute order packs for both factories
  • Liaise with Sales and Production teams to ensure we adhere to delivery schedules
  • Ensure all BOM’s are amended as appropriate
  • Filing of order packs once production has been completed and despatched
  • Communicating clearly and timely a customer focused CO date to the account management team.
  • Provide administrative cover for the Sales Team during annual leave.
  • Maintain and manage accurate records on SF/M Files/M3 for order processing.
  • Accurate and timely completion of the order book spreadsheet.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.
  • Carrying out clerical duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails
