SUMMARY

As Sales Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the sales process from end to end. You’ll help with data entry, CRM management, sales reporting, and coordination across the team. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team with day-to-day admin tasks and client communications
  • Maintain and update CRM records (e.g., leads, contacts, deal stages)
  • Coordinate sales documents (quotes, Invoicing and Supplier Purchase Orders.)
  • Monitor inboxes, schedule meetings, and assist with follow-ups
  • Provide general administrative support where needed
  • Arranging shipments of purchased goods
  • Handling customer feedback.
