REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role within a real estate development company (off-plan experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of SPA, EOI, DLD & Oqood registration processes.
  • Experience in brokerage/agency registration and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM systems.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and coordination skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).
  • Based in Dubai with good knowledge of the UAE real estate market.
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Major Developments is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Administrator to support our off-plan sales operations in Dubai. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate documentation, and effective coordination with both internal teams and external brokerage partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Prepare, review, and process Sales & Purchase Agreements (SPA), Expressions of Interest (EOI), and other sales documentation.
  • Handle property registrations on DLD, Oqood, and other government portals.
  • Manage and update the inventory list of available units, ensuring accuracy across CRM and sales teams.
  • Coordinate and maintain registrations of brokerage agencies and support agents with necessary documentation.
  • Generate, maintain, and analyze sales reports and trackers.
  • Provide administrative and coordination support to the sales team for client follow-ups, scheduling, and transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE real estate regulations for off-plan developments.
