Job Description: Daily / Monthly Shipment Plan: Ensuring daily Shipment completion. Coordination with other Department - Need to coordinate with other department for smooth functioning and alignment including availability of all resources. Specially Production & Finance Purchase Order & OES checking :Getting Orders Punched in system Sales Report: Daily/ Weekly / Monthly Sales report Marketing Goodies Handling & ordering : Exhibition Preparation, Coordination with Vendors Follow-up for payment with Dealer & Direct Customers & Proforma Invoice submission Additional Comments: Coordinate with Production & finance closely Good Interaction and Ready to take challenges Specialized skills, equipment, software, and/or machines used to perform job: Experience and knowledge of Excel / Power Point, Coordination with team, Vendor Working Conditions: Should be able to handle vendors and ready to Travel Additional Requirements: Good Communication skills Good knowledge of MS Excel Should be a good team player Fluent English and local India language (Hindi or one other local Indian dialogue) both in spoken and written Motivational, positive attitude, customer and results oriented
