Description

Due to excellent sales growth, we are currently recruiting for an internal sales administrator for a rapidly growing traffic manufacturing business to support the external sales team. The ideal candidate will be hard working and adaptable with a proven ability to multi-task and manage their workload.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· 2 years’ experience in internal sales processing and admin preferred
· Business to business experience is ideal for this opportunity
· A track record of success working towards targets, ideally within a team environment
· Use of Microsoft package is essential (outlook, word, excel)
· Use of a sales processing system such as Microsoft Business Central or similar
This role will suit self-motivated candidates who enjoy sales and regularly speaking with a variety of customers in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
Bespoke training that is tailored to the role will be offered to the successful applicant, with support given to provide you with all the tools required to thrive and grow within the business.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From £28,000.00 per year

Responsibilities

· Order processing
· Up-selling and cross-selling across the product range
· Understanding the customers’ requirements and providing artwork proofs of bespoke products for approval
· Being the first point of contact for customers and prospective customers by promptly answering phone calls and replying to emails
· Liaising with external sales reps to discuss customer requirements and prices
· Providing written quotes to customers
· Creating commercial invoices for export orders and arranging third party transport where required
· Checking of orders processed by colleagues before passing to production
· Liaising with production and transport departments to confirm lead times and delivery dates for customers
· Offering an all-round high level of customer service
