REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in sales administration or real estate coordination
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience in the UAE real estate sector, especially Abu Dhabi market
  • Understanding of ADGM registration procedures
  • Experience in handling agency communications and documentation

Responsibilities

-Prepare sales offers, booking forms, and SPAs based on instructions from the Senior Team Lead – Sales Administration.
- Coordinate the signing, printing, and submission of sales documents with clients and internal departments.
- Track and follow up on client payments, booking fees, ADGM fees, and SPA formalities, providing required statements or documentation.
- Ensure accurate and timely updates in the CRM system related to unit status, client information, and payment schedules.
- Assist in preparing and maintaining unit availability lists, payment plan trackers, and documentation logs.
- Support the process of unit registration requests and documentation submission for sold units in Abu Dhabi, under supervision.
- Handle onboarding of Abu Dhabi-based brokers, collecting required documentation and issuing agency agreements after approvals.
- Issue Marketing NOCs and maintain active communication with registered agencies regarding units, commissions, and sales updates.
- Manage agency-related WhatsApp groups and act as daily point of contact for Abu Dhabi agencies and internal sales agents.
- Support coordination of site visits, client meetings, and document signings as needed at the Abu Dhabi office or project location.
- Maintain and organize hard and soft copies of booking forms, SPAs, agency agreements, and other sales-related documents.
- Assist in preparing weekly reports related to sales progress, payments, and documentation status for the Abu Dhabi project.
