TECHNICAL AND NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS:

  • Friendly, professional, and clear communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive and self-motivated; comfortable working independently.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Certificate, diploma, or degree in Business Administration (or related field).
  • 1–2 years of experience in an administrative, sales support, or customer service role.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools considered an asset.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a full-time Sales Administrator to join our sales team.
Reporting to the Director of Sales, the Sales Administrator will help support the sales department by managing a variety of administrative tasks, assisting with customer communications, and helping ensure the smooth execution of sales operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in sales, satellite technology, or the fast-paced world of tech.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Communicate with customers via phone and email.
  • Answer and direct inbound calls.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, bids, and presentations.
  • Support processing of quotes, sales orders, and contracts.
  • Help manage CRM entries and generate basic reports.
  • Draft and distribute memos, forms, and customer-facing communications.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments.
  • Other duties as assigned.
