Description

The Michael Moore Car Sales Group are looking to recruit an experienced Accounts Assistant at their Athlone Branch. Reporting to the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Supervisor, this role involves assisting with various finance functions, including but not limited to day-to-day processing of accounts payable and accounts receivable invoices, GRN matching, daily processing and reconciliations of receipts from After-Sales Department, reconciliations and other ad-hoc duties within the Finance Department.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role beneficial
Responsibilities

  • Sales, Purchase & Nominal Ledger
  • Updating vehicle stocklists
  • Vehicle Management duties
  • End of month processes and monthly reports
  • Preparation of reconciliations & account extracts
  • Assist with management accounts and audits
  • Cover other ad-hoc departmental duties as required.
