KEY REQUIREMENTS (MUST-HAVES)

  • Strong, sharp computing skills with the ability to learn and use multiple cloud-based software packages quickly
  • Calm, confident telephone manner
  • Willingness to learn about a wide range of products to assist with making suitable recommendations.
  • Experience working in a sales or administrative role, ideally in e-commerce.
  • Pro-active work attitude
  • Driving license (no public transport to our offices)

KEY REQUIREMENTS (DESIRABLE)

  • Experience in healthcare, personal care or mobility product backgrounds
  • Experience in dealing with vulnerable customers
  • Experience with stock control and logistics
  • Experience with any of our core tech stack (Shopify, Brightpearl, and Zendesk).
Responsibilities
  • Processing orders across a mix of stocked dispatch, manufacturing orders and drop-shipping.
  • Taking phone enquiries regarding product information, delivery times and our policies.
  • Responding to customer communications across a range of digital channels.
  • Occasional filing and assistance with other departments when time allows.
  • Sitting in on, and eventually providing occasional demonstrations to customers who visit us
