Sales Administrator (Individual Contributor) Location: Monterrey area, Nuevo León, Mexico Work Model: On-site / In-office About the Role We are looking for a Sales Administrator to support our U.S.-based sales team with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. This is an individual contributor (IC) role, ideal for someone early in their career who has approximately 2+ years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service. This is not a senior-level role and does not involve people management or strategic ownership. Instead, it is a hands-on, in-office position focused on execution, accuracy, and strong communication. Key Responsibilities Sales Administration Support Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Odoo) with accurate sales data Prepare and process sales quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to support the sales cycle Track order statuses, follow up on required documentation, and assist with reporting Manage sales documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes Customer Support (Occasional) Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone in a professional and timely manner Provide basic product information and order updates Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate internal teams Represent the company with professionalism and a customer-focused mindset Quality & Process Follow and contribute to the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) Maintain organized records and support process consistency Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field 2+ years of experience in a sales support, administrative, or customer service role Strong written and verbal English communication skills Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and CRM tools Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications Experience working with international or U.S.-based teams Familiarity with U.S. business practices and customer expectations Basic understanding of sales processes (B2B or B2C) Important Note This role is intended for someone at an early to mid-career level who enjoys operational and administrative work.
