SALES ADMINISTRATION (30%)

  • Respond and action customer requests in person and via email/phone
  • Distribute, file, and maintain emails within shared mailboxes
  • Accept customer orders, process, and track status in relevant systems, ensuring customer is kept up to date
  • Respond to quotation requests, enter, and track in relevant systems
  • Invoice customer orders, distribute invoices and track in relevant systems
  • Monitor and maintain customer account health
  • Ensure all interactions with customers are performed within agreed SLAs

MARKET INSIGHTS (5%)

  • Research and quantify market segments
  • Seeking market trend insights internally
  • Report on trends and opportunities to Sales and Management team
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in our Sales Team, managing day-to-day administration, including customer order communications, enquiry handling, order processing, invoicing, and CRM updates for accurate forecasting and reporting to cross-functional and senior leadership teams.
For the right candidate, this role offers a clear pathway to grow into an Account Manager position, with support to take on strategic account coordination and business development responsibilities.
Reporting to our experienced VP of Business Development & Sales, you will be in a full-time role with flexible working hours based at our office in Bentley.
Your day-to-day will revolve around the following:

  • Bachelor of Business/Commerce, or related field (Desirable)
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM (Desirable)
  • Minimum 2 years in a Sales Support or Account Management role
  • Technologically confident, with an understanding of computers and a comfort level working around hardware and software, especially in a tech or manufacturing environment
  • Eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
  • Using a CRM on a day-to-day basis
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams
  • Strong time management and organisation skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
