Location: Hybrid (UK-based) Type: Full-time Experience: Entry level; experience is helpful but not required. About the role We are seeking a Sales Administrator to support our experienced sales team in continuing its highly responsive sales operations. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who is organised, quick thinking, and able to manage multiple tasks. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure quotes, follow-ups, emails, and meeting requests are handled promptly and accurately. We value responsiveness and attention to detail over prior experience. What you’ll be doing You will assist the sales team with daily sales operations, including: Supporting salespeople throughout the sales process Preparing and updating quotes Following up on outstanding actions Setting up meetings and coordinating diaries Monitoring sales inboxes and flagging urgent or important emails Carrying out basic prospect and account research Keeping CRM and PSA systems accurate and up to date Ensuring all tasks are completed accurately and on time Tools you’ll use HubSpot (CRM) Halo PSA Experience with these tools is not required. Full training will be provided. Familiarity with CRMs or ticketing/PSA systems is an advantage.
