Based in processing plant in Shelburne, Vermont, you will collaborate with the Hewitt USA team and our network of supplier partners service providers, and stay fully connected to our global team headquartered in Brisbane, Australia.

• Proven experience in sales administration, order processing, or logistics coordination.
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with ability to convey challenges and solutions in a clear and actionable way
• Proficiency in order management systems and invoicing software
• Ability to work independently and handle time-sensitive tasks, with ability to work flexible hours
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and customer satisfaction
• A proactive and collaborative team approach
