OCEANKING is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our Sales Administration Department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing after-sales processes, ensuring seamless operations, and supporting the sales team. Key responsibilities: Handle after-sales requisitions, including processing offers, orders, and invoicing Generate and analyze sales reports to monitor performance and identity trends Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues Coordinate with various departments to streamline order processing and delivery Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and customer interactions Proficiency in English, both written and verbal Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively within a team Strong organizational skills, attention to details and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Experience with ERP systems University degree in Maritime Economics or Business Administration 2 years Relevant experience in sales administration or a similar role in the maritime market Preferred Qualifications: Experience with forwarding/logistics Familiarity with CRM systems and sales software
