ROLE DESCRIPTION
The Sales administrator role is primarily focussed on assisting the sales team to secure sales of IOT products, in-house developed drivers; and training courses. The role requires assisting the marketing manager in the implementation of pre-planned marketing campaigns and activities as strategised by the Head of Sales.
The role includes building strong working relationships with our customers; raising sales quotes, logging business opportunities and updating the CRM. This role requires focus on excellent customer service.
This is an office based role working 8.30am -5pm Monday to Friday and is based in Hartley Wintney, Hampshire.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Answering all sales enquiries regarding pricing, evaluation licenses etc.
· Raising quotes
· Applying evaluation licenses and asking for feedback at the end of the trial
· Complete all hubspot tasks which includes evaluation licence follow ups.
· Keeping customer information up to date.
· Assisting the sales team with the below:
o Prospecting for and securing new SIs and other customers
o Maximising the effectiveness of existing customer relationships
o Maximising the product margin achieved on sales to customers
· Assisting with executing the product marketing program in conjunction with the Head of Sales and marketing team
· Attending events/conferences as necessary
· Training- which includes dealing with all enquiries/ booking candidates onto courses, raising training invoices, checking non-accounts customers have paid prior to commencement of course. Sending sign up details to training candidates. Order training certificates.
· Pricelist- which includes updating pricelist, obtaining pricing from suppliers and distributing to customers.
