Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for our customers, handling calls and emails with a positive, professional attitude.
  • Process sales and purchase orders with sharp attention to detail.
  • Become a problem-solver, investigating and resolving customer enquiries with empathy.
  • Provide essential admin support to all departments; including Sales, Accounts, and Marketing - ensuring the entire office runs smoothly.
  • Act as a flexible and supportive team player, assisting with general office duties and providing occasional support to the warehouse team as needed.
