Based in Stockport| £26,000 per annum | Monday to Friday | No weekends or public holidays

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Working alongside our senior sales advisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of service. You’ll manage the smooth running of hire contracts, resolve issues with care and urgency, and build strong, lasting relationships with our valued clients.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Managing hire contracts from start to finish – including deliveries, ETA updates, and collections
  • Coordinating breakdowns, servicing, and urgent support requests
  • Handling client queries with empathy and efficiency
  • Ensuring all client needs are met with precision and care
  • Maintaining strong internal communication with our sales and service teams
  • Staying organised and calm, even when the pressure’s on
