Description

Philip Hardy Recruitment are searching for a Sales Administrator to join our client, a cutting edge automation and robotics company, with UK headquarters in the Cheltenham area.
A global leader in the design and production of automatic bar feeders, our client is looking to recruit a dedicated and experienced Customer Service specialist to support their UK sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and process customer orders, ensuring all necessary information is collected and correctly entered.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on order progress, shipping and delivery timelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information in the company’s systems.
  • Provide regular updates to customers and act as a point of contact for inquiries related to their orders.
  • Follow the CRM processes, for the Sales as well as for the Service stream, updating proactively and correctly the related Salesforce Reports.
  • Support invoicing activities and assist with documentation and reporting when needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at streamlining processes and enhancing customer satisfaction.
