Responsibilities

Based in our Bristol, UK office, the successful candidate will report to the Senior Sales Manager. You will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative tasks within our tech stack, while also supporting driving efficiencies within the Sales Team.

Core Responsibilities

  • Conduct sales administration activities;
  • Monitor and optimise our Outreach instance
  • Manage interdepartmental processes and communications
  • Move prospects between sequences
  • Create and distribute sales prospecting lists
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Generate sales reports
  • You will be required to organise, update, maintain, and utilise a constantly evolving library of content to align with our event sales cycles.
  • Work alongside cross-functional and international teams such as Sales Management, Content, Marketing, Product Management and Operations to find the most effective language and way to communicate to incoming leads.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to the internal sales team’s helpdesk requests; completing support tickets and data clean up tasks on an ad-hoc basis.
  • Continually build upon the knowledge base for internal training/learning.
