Responsibilities

We’re looking for a friendly and efficient individual to join our Internal Sales Team! In this role, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Serving as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries.
  • Handling calls and emails promptly and professionally.
  • Generating quotations and processing orders through our internal system.
  • Scanning, filing, and emailing Proof of Deliveries (PODs).
  • Managing courier inquiries, tracking shipments, and arranging returns.
  • Providing additional support to the management team as needed.
