We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Sales Administrator / Receptionist to join our showroom team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll be responsible for welcoming visitors, answering enquiries, and supporting our Sales and Admin Teams via telephone, email and online.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience in sales administration or a similar administrative role.
  • Previous receptionist or front-of-house experience preferred
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Professional appearance and demeanour
  • Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, email)
  • Ability to multitask and stay organised in a busy showroom environment
  • Knowledge of double glazing products is a plus but not essential (training provided)

Responsibilities
  • Greet customers warmly upon arrival and direct them appropriately
  • Answer phone calls, emails, and online enquiries in a timely, friendly manner
  • Schedule appointments for sales consultations and surveys
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming reception and showroom area
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and processing documents
  • Provide information about products (windows, doors, conservatories, etc.) Training will be provided.
  • Support the sales team with admin, paperwork and client follow-ups and leads
  • Ensure all visitors sign in and are offered assistance
