We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales Administrator / Receptionist to join our team at Ryetec, based at our head office in North Yorkshire. This full-time, permanent role combines front-of-house duties with essential administrative and sales support—including stock management and scheduling responsibilities.
If you’re someone who thrives in a varied, fast-paced environment, with strong IT and communication skills, and the ability to improve systems and keep things on track—we want to hear from you.

OPTIONAL (DEPENDING ON EXPERIENCE):

  • Photograph and manage listings for second-hand machinery
  • Support social media planning and post scheduling
  • Assist with CRM housekeeping and improving internal admin systems
