JOB SUMMARY

We’re looking to hire a new Sales Administrator to join our busy Customer Service Team, to help process wholesale and retail orders, manage telephone sales calls and courtesy calls to our account holders, and some admin for other departments such as purchase ledger and accounts. The job is office-based and has a wide variety of daily tasks associated with it, so it is, by no means, a traditional clerical role. We are committed to finding a new team member, not just a new colleague, as we work hard to maintain a culture of support, caring and skilling up, to help everyone get the best out of their working day.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience with Outlook, Excel, Sage, and other office software would be beneficial
  • Knowledge of sales administration processes
  • A basic understanding of Excel would be beneficial.
  • Ideally (not essential, we are happy to train the right person), a candidate would have experience in a busy office setting, as well as customer care and some soft telephone sales.
Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team

  • Maintain and update customer databases
