SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and ready to play a pivotal role in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join a rapidly growing Salisbury based team. You will provide the essential support that enables Account Managers to focus on building relationships and driving the overall sales growth.
This is more than just an admin role, as you’ll be the backbone of the sales team, ensuring processes run smoothly, data is accurate, and opportunities are identified through smart analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Managing Account Manager inboxes to ensure all emails are actioned or delegated quickly.
  • Organising diaries and scheduling meetings with accuracy and no conflicts.
  • Taking clear notes from calls or meetings and logging them promptly.
  • Updating KPI trackers daily with precise, reliable data.
  • Logging 100% of client-facing activity in HubSpot.
  • Preparing accurate and timely quotations for clients.
  • Running spend analysis on accounts to identify missed opportunities and cross-sell potential.
