Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales department and ensuring efficient sales operations.

Duties

  • Assist in processing sales orders and maintaining customer records
  • Coordinate with the sales team to prepare sales reports and presentations
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service
  • Manage and update the sales database using IT software
  • Organise and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls

    Qualifications

  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and other office software

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
  • Previous experience in sales administration is desirable
  • Ability to computerise tasks for improved efficiency
