REQUIREMENTS :

  • Min N Level/O Level education
  • IT literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Good interpersonal skills and meticulous in handling assigned tasks
Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Coordination and processing of incoming shipments Assist in the daily generation of Delivery Orders and posting of invoices.
  • Handle clearance of Delivery Orders during month end accounts closing Compilation and processing of handouts for monthly management meeting Generating, recording, and filing of Purchase Orders for suppliers, as well as Purchase Requests
  • Orders for local deliveries and miscellaneous supplies Reconciliation of suppliers’ invoices with Purchase Orders
  • Receiving and routing of all in-bound phone calls on the office mainline
  • Perform reserve Sales Coordinator duties Participate in annual stock take reconciliation
  • Preparation of outgoing mail
