Role Overview
This hybrid role combines sales administration with social media content creation, supporting our sales team while amplifying our brand presence online. You’ll manage vehicle listings, coordinate documentation, and craft engaging content that showcases our trucks, services, and customer stories.
Key Responsibilities

Sales Administration

  • Process vehicle orders, invoices, and registration documents
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and stock availability
  • Liaise with sales, workshop, and finance teams to ensure smooth handovers
  • Prepare compliance-ready documentation aligned with DVSA and GB Type Approval standards
  • Support warranty submissions and customer correspondence

Social Media & Content

  • Create and schedule posts across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  • Capture and edit photos/videos of vehicles, workshop activity, and customer deliveries
  • Develop campaigns around seasonal offers, new arrivals, and service promotions
  • Monitor engagement metrics and respond to online enquiries
  • Collaborate with Isuzu UK on brand-aligned content and digital initiatives

What We’re Looking For

  • Experience in automotive sales admin or dealership operations
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and basic content editing tools
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Ability to balance structured admin tasks with creative output
  • Knowledge of Isuzu products or commercial vehicles is a plus
