We work with our friends in journalism and public relations every day to update our comprehensive information platform, publish breaking industry news and host tailored regional networking and educational events.
We’re looking for an organised and detail-driven Sales Administrator to keep our sales operations running smoothly. In this role, you’ll be the go-to person for CRM (HubSpot) support, data accuracy, reporting, and keeping our sales processes efficient — so the team can focus on what they do best: winning business.
What you will do: 
· Keep the sales forecast accurate and up to date.
· Coordinate team meetings, training, and reporting.
· Manage CRM (HubSpot) data entry, user support, and dashboards.
· Audit sales and finance data for accuracy.
· Oversee incentive calculation processes.
· Identify ways to improve workflows and processes.
What we’re looking for: 
· Experience in sales support, operations, or CRM admin (HubSpot a big plus!).
· Top-notch organisational skills and attention to detail.
· Confidence with data, reporting, and MS Office (especially Excel).
· A collaborative mindset and great communication skills.
· As this role supports a global team, the ability to start and finish later for 3-4 days/week will be viewed favourably.
