Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated sales administrator to join our unlicensed medicines team. You will be responsible for managing customer orders and enquiries and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will also have the opportunity to learn about our products and services and contribute to our business growth and customer satisfaction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process customer orders and invoices for unlicensed medicines in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Maintain and update customer records and databases.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and guidelines for unlicensed medicines.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
  • Working well as part of a busy team .and building relationships with customers.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices.
