About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join a fast-paced and growing business, supporting the sales and finance teams with day-to-day operations. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, thrives under pressure, and wants to be part of a collaborative, dynamic team environment.
You’ll be the key point of contact for customer queries, order processing, and logistics support. The role is highly data-driven, so advanced Excel skills will be essential particularly VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables and data analysis.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Processing daily B2B and B2C sales orders
  • Raising and sending invoices, uploading to customer portals
  • Managing and analysing order files (CSV) and liaising with logistics partners in the UK & US
  • Providing customer service support via phone and email (including credit control)
  • Assisting with key account management where required
  • Creating commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin for international shipments
  • Preparing customer samples and supporting sales team meetings at head office
  • Assisting with event and exhibition preparation (UK, EU & USA)
  • Handling courier collections and demo stock management
  • Keeping product and logistics documents up to date
