We’re looking for a part-time Weekend Sales Administrator to join our busy Dundee team. It’s about:

  • Supporting clients - Helping clients find their ideal home by understanding their needs, discussing requirements, and guiding them through every stage of the property journey.
  • Being the first point of contact – Welcoming clients warmly, answering enquiries, and providing helpful, professional support whether in person, by phone, or online.
  • Supporting property sales – Coordinating viewings, updating listings, and helping ensure every property is marketed to its full potential.
  • Keeping things running smoothly – Managing admin tasks such as updating our property case management system, producing sales materials, and liaising with third parties to keep everything on track.
  • Great communication – Working closely with estate agents, solicitors, and other colleagues to deliver a seamless service and a great client experience.
  • Being part of a brilliant team – Playing a key role in one of our busiest teams and helping clients make one of the most important decisions of their lives
