SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Redhill, Surrey
Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
We’re hiring a Sales Administrator to join our friendly, fast-paced team.
This role is key to keeping our sales process running smoothly — from handling new enquiries to supporting final invoicing and handovers. You’ll be central to communication between our clients and internal teams, making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for new sales enquiries
  • Log enquiries in the CRM and coordinate the sales team’s diaries
  • Keep client records accurate and up to date
  • Support the sales process by preparing, updating, and sending documents
  • Communicate clearly with clients and internal teams throughout each project
  • Assist with project handovers and file closures
  • Help prepare final documents, including certificates and manuals
  • Support the invoicing process and mark jobs as ready to bill
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer payments
