At the forefront of the entertainment haulage industry, Transam Trucking Ltd has over 40 years of experience touring with some of the most famous bands in the world, sending our iconic black trucks out all over the UK, Europe and Beyond.
We currently have a new opportunity available for a Sales Administrator to join us in this exciting industry and join our fantastic company. The individual we are looking for needs to be enthusiastic with a can-do attitude to work within the team in our Bungay office, to optimise the upkeep of our Sales function, and work closely with our Planning Team.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • IT literate, comfortable with Microsoft packages
  • Good numeracy and literacy skills
  • Knowledge and experience of working with spreadsheets
  • Good problem-solving skills
  • Previous administrative experience, preferably gained within a sales environment
  • European geographical knowledge would be advantageous
  • Driving Licence advantageous, but not essential

Responsibilities
  • Working closely with both our Sales and Planning personnel to maintain and upkeep our sales and quote tracking systems
  • Building quotations
  • Updating and following up of quotations
  • Assisting with client queries via phone and email
  • Providing the necessary support to the wider teams
  • Assisting with ad-hoc administrative tasks when required by senior management
