Description

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-focused person to join our friendly office team. This is a varied role where no two days are the same – perfect if you like to stay busy and get stuck into different tasks.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Order Entry: Entering a high volume of orders quickly and accurately.
  • Checking Orders: Making sure everything’s correct before orders are processed – attention to detail is key.
  • Sales Support: You’ll help out with some sales tasks, including speaking with customers and offering product info.
  • Team Player: You’ll work across different departments like Sales, Estimating, and Customer Service, so a flexible attitude is a must.
  • Admin Tasks: Answering phones, responding to emails, general office duties.
  • Glass Optimisation: If you’ve done this before, great – if not, we’ll train you! Just bring your focus and a willingness to learn.

What we’re looking for:

  • Someone who’s confident using computers and quick with data entry.
  • A sharp eye for detail – accuracy really matters in this role.
  • Able to keep up in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, helpful, and happy to jump in wherever needed.
