Description

SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Location: Windsor, Berkshire
Salary: £26,000 - £27,000 per annum + annual bonus scheme
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Hybrid Working: Three days office-based, two days from home (after training)

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Track NPS feedback and flag customer insights to drive service improvements.
  • Provide daily support to the Licensed Sector Controller and Regional Sales Managers.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for team members, including annual driving licence checks.
  • Prepare and distribute weekly performance reports for BAs, BDEs and KAEs.
  • Support recruitment efforts: post job ads, screen CVs, arrange interviews, and manage new starter onboarding.
  • Ensure team expenses are processed in line with payroll timelines.
  • Provide absence cover for the Senior Support Executive.
  • Collate and share weekly team feedback and performance updates.
