SALES ADMINISTRATOR – BALLYMENA

Full-time, Permanent – £13.20 p/h (DOE) – Monday to Friday
We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to become a key part of our friendly, fast-moving team in Ballymena. If you’re highly organised, love keeping things running smoothly, and get real satisfaction from helping customers, this could be your ideal role.

  • Sales administration: 2 years (required)
  • General administration: 2 years (required)
  • Sales administrative support: 2 years (required)

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

No two days will be the same. You’ll be:

  • Answering incoming calls and email enquiries with a friendly, professional approach
  • Welcoming and assisting retail customers in our showroom
  • Scheduling customer appointments for sales consultations and installations
  • Supporting trade (B2B) customers by phone and email, including order updates
  • Keeping records up to date and handling a variety of admin tasks to support the sales process

You’ll already have experience working in a busy administrative role and feel confident managing several tasks at once. You’ll be someone who:

  • Has at least 2 years’ experience in sales administration or a similar role
  • Communicates clearly and confidently – both in writing and in person
  • Is comfortable using MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and ideally a CRM system
  • Has great attention to detail and enjoys getting things right the first time
  • Can stay calm, focused, and friendly even when things get busy
  • Is proactive, organised, and reliable, with excellent timekeeping
  • Builds strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and supplier
