As the ‘go-to’ Sales Administrator in the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless delivery of Wanstor’s projects, products, and services. Your day will be filled with coordinating sales orders, supporting Account Managers, and proactively communicating with clients to keep them up to date.
We think this is a really great opportunity because you’ll be at the heart of Wanstor’s sales operations, making a real impact. Additionally, you’ll gain exposure to a wide variety of IT solutions and develop industry expertise.

Responsibilities
  • Facilitate the purchasing and ordering of IT hardware, software, and licenses for Wanstor and our clients.
  • Manage sales and purchase orders, ensuring company processes are followed at all times.
  • Monitor and manage the licensing and renewals database, proactively communicating upcoming renewals to clients.
  • Support the sales team by creating reports, attending meetings, and maintaining up-to-date documentation.
  • Provide front-office support, covering for the Office Manager when needed.
