SALES ADMINISTRATOR - 6 MONTH FTC TO PERMANENT

Location: Kingston, Milton Keynes
Hours: 37.5 per week | Hybrid working available
Contract: 6-month fixed term, with potential to become permanent

We’re looking for a highly organised, proactive, and detail-driven individual to join our client’s team as a Sales Administrator. This is a varied and fast-paced role where no two days are the same!

Responsibilities
  • Be the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, Salesforce and SAP
  • Provide full admin support to our Sales & Marketing teams
  • Process sales orders from start to finish: SOP creation, stock checks, customer updates, and invoicing.
  • Handle consumables and service contract orders with precision and care.
  • Support Operations and Project teams with travel bookings, system updates, and reporting.
  • Keep the office running smoothly with day-to-day admin support.
