We are looking for a motivated & organised individual to join Winchester Motor Company as a Sales Administrator! This is an exciting on-site opportunity to join an award winning, family run dealership, based in Winchester.
Working alongside another Sales Administrator, you will work together to ensure the smooth running of the admin function across our 4 branches.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
· IT Literate – Good MS Office competency.
· A willingness to learn.
· Organisation skills & good time management.
· Full & clean driving licence.
DESIRABLE SKILLS:
· Previous experience with Pinnacle advantageous.
· Previous experience within a fast paced, Sales environment.

· Bring new & used vehicles into stock daily, updating electronic records at each step of the way.
· Action payments for used cars when purchased.
· Add/remove vehicles from VW Bank when bought/sold.
· Create order forms & prepare electronic documents for vehicle handover, including registering new vehicles.
· Assist Sales team in preparing vehicles – Requesting work to be done, checking MOT expiry dates.
· Update system records for sold vehicles once handed over – VMS, DVLA, VW Warranty.
· Keep correct & accurate records for audit purposes.
· Assist in regular audits from brand & bank when required.
· ‘End of Month’ reports for Accounts team.
