ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

  • General office administration experience
  • PC literate, including Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills and confident telephone manner
  • Ability to manage and prioritise workload effectively
  • Comfortable with regular telephone work
  • Ability to lift heavy/awkward product items (manual handling training provided)
  • Able to commute to the brewery site in Stoke Lacy, Herefordshire

Responsibilities

THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Sales Administrator to join our busy Sales Office team. This is a varied and dynamic role that requires flexibility, accuracy, and excellent communication skills. You’ll be a key point of contact for our customers and support for our Field Sales team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Daily outbound telesales to on-trade (pub) customers
  • Handling enquiries from retail/off-trade customers (including supermarkets)
  • Processing and dispatching online sales orders
  • Providing administrative support to the Field Sales team
  • Serving customers in our brewery shop
  • Weekend and bank holiday rota duties (e.g. shop cover, brewery tours - approximately one Saturday every six weeks)
  • Opportunity to help at events
