We are looking for an experienced Sales Administrator to join our team. The sales office is a busy place and so excellent communication skills and customer service experience is vital.
You will be part of the sales team looking after incoming enquiries, reservations and group requests, as well as conference bookings and private gatherings.
There will be a requirement to cover reception, where you will be checking guests in and out, answering the telephones and directing calls, taking reservations, taking detailed messages and passing on to the relevant person. You will also be responsible for taking payments and producing bills for guests to settle.
We are looking for someone to work 40 hours a week, including alternate weekends. Shifts will be between 8am-4pm, 9am-5pm & 10am-6pm.
Experience is using Rezlynx would be advantageous. Experience in reception or a customer service role would be preferred, however, full training will be given.
The York Pavilion Hotel is a privately owned and operated hotel based in Fulford. We have 63 individually designed bedrooms, a busy bar and restaurant plus function rooms that can seat up to 120 guests.
We offer weekly pay, meals on duty and paid breaks.
