Responsibilities

THE ROLE

Sales Administrator to join their fast-paced and friendly team. This role involves managing load builds for clients deliveries. Working a rotating shift of 8 - 4pm or 9 - 5pm you will be identifying and adding on additional sales opportunities, and delivering proactive customer service to ensure clients are well-informed and fully stocked.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and manage client load schedules with attention to detail and efficiency
  • Proactively contact warm clients to advise on low stock levels and offer tailored product recommendations
  • Liaise effectively with internal teams including production, transport, and customer service to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and additional sales during client conversations
  • Solve problems quickly and calmly, keeping customer satisfaction front of mind
  • Maintain accurate records and support the wider sales process
