Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for enthusiastic Sales & Admissions Hosts to join our team at Alton Towers Resort! In this unique role, you’ll work across our entrance areas and Resort Box Office, engaging with every guest who visits our theme park. From parking cars and selling tickets to helping guests navigate our turnstiles and hotel guest entrance, you’ll ensure a swift and enjoyable arrival experience.
You will not only provide guests with an outstanding experience but also inform them about our wide range of additional products, including Fast Track tickets, Special Events, Dungeon & Scare Maze Tickets, Merlin Annual Passes, and more. As part of a motivated team, you’ll play a vital role in driving sales and hitting targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Guest Interaction: Engage with guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth entry into the park.
  • Sales Focus: Promote and sell additional products to enhance the guest experience, including Fast Track tickets and special events.
  • Efficient Operations: Assist with parking cars, processing ticket sales, and managing turnstile entry to facilitate a swift guest arrival.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with your colleagues to meet sales targets and ensure a seamless guest journey from start to finish.
  • Guest Awareness: Provide information about the park’s offerings and ensure guests are aware of all available options to enhance their visit.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Address guest inquiries and concerns with a friendly, proactive approach, ensuring their experience is memorable.
