Job Overview This is a full-time position based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth, building strong client relationships, and expanding our market presence. We are looking for a proactive professional with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of the marketing industry to contribute to our continued success. Responsibilities * Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities through proactive lead generation and networking. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with prospective and existing clients. * Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets. * Understand client needs and requirements to propose tailored marketing solutions and services. * Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and commercial contracts. * Negotiate terms and close agreements to maximise profitability. * Collaborate closely with the internal marketing and delivery teams to ensure a seamless client experience. * Stay informed about industry trends, market activities, and competitor strategies to identify new opportunities. Qualifications * Proven track record of success in a business development or sales role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency. * Strong understanding of marketing services, including digital marketing, branding, and communications. * Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. * Demonstrable ability to meet and exceed sales targets. * A self-motivated and ambitious individual with a strategic mindset. * Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite. * A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. * Fluency in both English and Arabic is highly advantageous.
