We're looking for individuals who are eager to create positive experiences for our customers. As a Sales Advisor , you'll bring confidence and know-how to each customer interaction, helping match riders with the perfect bike and gear while delivering exceptional service. You'll also help guide less experienced team members and explore growth opportunities within our Company. What You’ll Do (and Love Doing): Ask the right questions and actively listen- our goal is to match each customer with their ideal riding experience. Confidently close sales by connecting customers to the right products for their goals and riding style. Use our CRM tool to build and manage ongoing customer relationships. Take initiative to maintain an organized sales floor, manage inventory, and support team operations. Stay in touch with your customers and build lasting relationships with top-notch service and follow-up.
