We are seeking a Warehouse Operative to join our dynamic team in Egham, Surrey. The successful candidate will be responsible for packing, locating items, conducting stock checks, pre-packing for shipping, and handling general warehouse duties. This role requires attention to detail, efficiency, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

SKILLS REQUIRED

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
• Basic computer literacy for stock management systems.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling bulky and/or heavy items.
• Minimum of 6 months warehouse experience

EDUCATION AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Familiarity with motorcycle parts.
• GCSE-level education in Math and English.
• Experience using inventory tracking systems.

• Locate and retrieve stock items efficiently from designated areas.
• Perform regular stock checks to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Pre-pack items in preparation for future orders to streamline the shipping process.
• Accurately pick and pack customer orders for secure transportation.
• Ensure quality control by inspecting parts for damage before shipping.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to meet performance targets.
• Adhere to company health and safety policies, including PPE requirements.
• Input data accurately into the stock management system.
• Assist in other warehouse-related tasks as needed to support overall operations.
