The future team member will ideally have knowledge and experience regarding the building industry, but this is not essential as training will be provided.

THE JOB DESCRIPTION INCLUDES:

• Receiving calls and following up on lead enquiries to introduce our survey services to clients
• Prioritise workload and deal with multiple enquiries via email and telephone
• Establishing which services are required and providing quotations
• Liaising with various internal departments and maintaining a high level of customer service
• Keep an organised booking calendar, updating customers from start to finish and communicating changes to the relevant surveyor

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent sales, customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and deal with multiple customers or enquiries at any one time
• Good IT skills with experience in Excel, Word and Outlook.
