Description

The Arabic-speaking sales advisor will produce desirable sales results and ensure that the sales attain its monthly objectives by mastering the sales process and displaying a professional customer service behavior that exceeds customer expectations.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the smooth opening/closing of the boutique
  • Prepare the boutique for welcoming customers: checking the showcases, and displays, monitoring cleanliness and tidiness of the showroom at all times, and ensuring the inventory count and control at the beginning of every shift
  • Greeting and welcoming customers according to Mouawad retail guidelines
  • Attending the customers and providing excellent customer service and product knowledge
  • Portraying an immaculate grooming and appearance look
  • Presenting Jewellery using Mouawad standards and making sales in an enchanting experience.
  • Always being well aware of the price before communicating it to customers, by first checking the label
  • Upselling and cross-selling at any upcoming opportunity and promoting other Mouawad branches
  • Following the boutique manager’s instruction /the Shift Supervisor, related to cash deposit, money exchange, bank deposits, Gold Souks visits for jewellery repairs, etc.
  • Maintaining the safe room and showroom displays according to the 5s methodology
  • Responding to any management project when assigned (attending events and exhibitions)
  • Maintaining and developing great relationships with customers
  • Gathering market and customer information by engaging with customers and recording interests
  • Recording sales and orders information, present it to showroom manager by phone or mail
  • Supporting team members during the sale process
  • Attending team meetings and sharing best practices with colleagues
  • Receiving and handling repairs from customers

Needed Skills and Competencies:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Jewelry and Diamond industry/ High-end jewelry background is recommended.
  • Outstanding and luxurious Customer service skills
  • Interpersonal communication skills
  • Arabic Speaker ( must)
